webury.com Ltd Christmas Ordering Information We know that organising a good Christmas can be a little frantic and often with time constraints... we at webury.com aim to make it as straight forward as possible so that you can enjoy your festive time as much as possible! Christmas Last Orders We aim to hold all items in stock, however at this time of year we can occasionally experience shortfalls - if this is the case you will be advised immediately. Assuming your required item/s are in stock the last order dates for Christmas delivery are: UK Standard Delivery £3.95 - Monday 19th December 2011 This is not a guaranteed service, however Royal Mail advise the last First class posting date for Christmas is 20th December 2011, we therefore require orders prior to 2pm on Monday 19th December for despatch on this day. UK Next Day Delivery £7.50 - Thursday 22nd December 2011 We will endeavour to deliver all goods to you in time for Christmas. We use Interlink Express and the cut off point for next day delivery Christmas orders is 22nd December 2011 for orders received prior to 12pm (UK Mainland Only). This service will be delivered on Friday 23rd December with either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express . Whilst we rarely experience difficulties we advise you to place your order before this time to ensure stock availability. On the run-up to Christmas delivery drivers are very busy, the goods will always require a signature and we advise that you are available between 8am and 6pm to take delivery. If no-one is available then the goods will be taken back to the depot and will not be available until after Christmas. UK Saturday Delivery £25.00 - Friday 16th December 2011 The last order date for a Saturday delivery will be 12pm Friday 16th December (UK Mainland Only) for delivery on Saturday 17th December - please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel between 8am and 6pm or request for the parcel to be left safe or with neighbours. European Deliveries - from £10.00 - Thursday 8th December 2011 This is not a guaranteed service, however Royal Mail advise the last International Signed for delivery date to most European destinations is Thursday 8th December we therefore require orders prior to 2pm for despatch on this day Worldwide Deliveries - from £15.00 - Wednesday 6th December 2011 This is not a guaranteed service, however Royal Mail advise the last International Signed for delivery date to most worldwide destinations is Wednesday 6th December we therefore require orders prior to 2pm for despatch on this day.

Christmas Returns We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period. The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 1st November 2011 and 23rd December 2011. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 16th 2012 All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.
